I had a great mail day this week .. some finishes came home after Faye worked her magic on them ... she really makes my stitching so much more beautiful ... feast your eyes ... the backs ... the front of Happy Easter .. so cute! I think this is my favorite finish ... Faye made a wish pocket for the back, and included paper to write our wishes on ... love this idea! such a sweet pincushion ... can't wait for 4th of July to show off these beauties ... love the extra touch of embroidery stitches ... there's an Eiffel Tower charm on this one .. Thanks Faye, you always know just what work with my stitching ... can't wait to send you more!   I hope you find your  Joy  in your stitches ... I'm grateful for finished finishes ...

We've been having some really cold days .. yea I know, not as cold as some of you .. but cold for us *smile* but the last couple of days have been lovely!  and I'm feeling very springy so I thought I'd get out my smalls for Spring time and enjoy them before decorating for Easter.  Funny I didn't know three of my roosters were all facing the same way .. silly roosters lol I had a finish last week .. can't wait to get it framed!  It was a fun stitch and I love the colors! Needleworker by Little House Needleworks stitched with recommended threads and fabric Over the weekend I started a sweet little design by Lizzie*Kate called Song of Spring.  It was an exclusive from Market ... I'm hoping to have it finished soon to join my other Spring smalls.  As some of you know, Monica and I have been doing craft night on Tuesdays but recently moved it to Thursday so two other friends could join us.  Both Caryl and Sarah love to craft and we were excited to have them join us. 

 How's March treating you?  I know many of you are soooo ready for Spring time!  We've had a very mild winter here, so I'm a bit jealous of all the snow ... maybe next year! A couple of weeks ago we went to Ocean Shores with Chris and Monica and her folks ... a nice long weekend to celebrate Monica's birthday.  You never know what kind of weather you'll have at the beach in February ... we had rain ...  we had hail ...  and some sun too ...  wonderful walks on the beach ... cold but great!     the power and beauty of the ocean just amazes me!  lots of game playing ...  and a craft project with Monica and her mom, MayRene ...    a picture of all of us ...  We have a great time when we are together and I'm very thankful for Monica and her family that open up their lives to share it with Terry and I. I've been stitching a bit and have a couple of finishes to share with you ... I've stitched a few of these snappers by Bent Creek ... they are a quick stitch
